Welcome to ConvLUB. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your participation in the ConvLUB Dinner Party events ("Events"). By accessing our website or registering for an Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

  • "ConvLUB" refers to the organizers of the dinner parties and the operators of this website.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses the website or registers for an Event.
  • "Website" refers to the domain and all subdomains associated with ConvLUB.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To participate in a ConvLUB Event, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Registration is completed via our official website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to refuse registration or attendance to any individual at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.

4. Event Participation and Conduct

ConvLUB Events are designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful community environment. All participants are expected to:

  • Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and respect towards all other guests, staff, and venue property.
  • Strictly abide by all rules and regulations of the venue (e.g., Basma Mezze & Grill).
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

ConvLUB reserves the right to remove any participant from an Event who violates these standards, without refund or notice, and may ban such individuals from future Events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ConvLUB or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Website without express written permission from ConvLUB.

6. Media, Photography, and Publicity

By attending a ConvLUB Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photographs, audio recordings, and video footage may be taken by organizers or authorized third parties.
  • ConvLUB may use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across all platforms, including our website and social media.
  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.

If you have concerns about your image being used, please notify the organizers in writing at least 24 hours before the Event.

7. Dietary Requirements and Health

We attempt to facilitate dietary requests through our partner venues. However:

  • We cannot guarantee that any meal will be free from specific allergens.
  • The final responsibility for verifying the safety of the food lies with the participant.
  • ConvLUB is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from food consumption at our Events.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Registrations are generally final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend:

  • Notice must be given at least 72 hours prior to the Event to be considered for a partial credit or transfer.
  • ConvLUB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a transfer to a future date or a refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvLUB, its organizers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your participation in or travel to/from our Events.
  • Any loss or damage to personal property at the venue.
  • Personal injury or health issues occurring during the Event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvLUB and its organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during an Event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lublin, Poland.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
